Returns Policy
You are entitled to return an item to us for either a full refund or exchange, however the items must be unworn and in their original condition as received.
For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept the return of earrings.

If you would like to return an item please get in contact with us between 7 days of receiving the item.

When returning items for any reason, please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for this item getting lost in transit.

Once your return is received in its original condition, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item, and refund you via the original method of payment. Please note that although we issue the refund amount as soon as we receive your package , Paypal refunds transactions can take up to 30 days to be completed.
