We want to ensure that Matahari only stocks ethical products, therefore the majority of our products are either handmade by us in the UK or are sourced locally. Some of our products are made by artisans in Indonesia, who own small businesses so we love being able to support them!

Oh yes! We try our best to be as sustainable as possible and avoid using single use plastics, All of our orders are either packaged in reused envelopes and tissue paper, brown paper, or fully compostable mailing bags, please reuse or repurpose where you can!

We do accept returns within 14 days, the items must be returned in their original packaging and should be unworn and in the same condition as you received. You can read our full return policy here.

We post all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, via Royal Mail. UK delivery takes approximately between 3-5 working days. European orders can take up to 5-14 working days. Worldwide takes a minimum of 5-21 days to arrive. Working days exclude Sundays and other holidays.
